And we had no luck !!! Bought a cloud of balloons for granddaughter, was delivered on time, no complaints, but the balloons themselves were blown out before dinner, i.e. brought at 07.20 and at 15.00 they were already lying on the floor .. is it "normal" ???? or prepared in advance! ??
